Jesslyn's memoir, Fighting Goliath: Slaying the Giant of Bipolar Disorder, and her nonprofit ministry, Fighting Goliath for Mental Illness, are dedicated to supporting women living with bipolar disorder. Diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder for over two decades, Jesslyn is passionate about overcoming the hopelessness this illness can bring. She empowers women to lead fulfilling lives through resources, shared experiences, and the Word of God. Jesslyn is affiliated with the American Association of Christian Counseling (AACC) and NAMI NW Piedmont (National Alliance on Mental Illness). She holds certifications in Adult Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Coaching, and is a certified National Helpline Specialist with NAMI.
