Sara Dangerfield traded in the lakes of Minnesota for the prairies of North Dakota in order to serve alongside her husband in ministry first as children’s pastors and now as
lead pastors. Leading in this capacity opened Sara’s eyes to the lack of evangelistic hearts within the church, and has been spending her
time discipling followers of Jesus to be multipliers. Sara enjoys a good baseball game, has a talent for embarrassing her three kids, and

Janelle Martin, LPC-Associate, LCDC, IASIS Certified Provider, The Mind Connection
Janelle grew up in rural northeast Iowa in a large blended family. As a new bride and a college graduate, she moved to Houston, Texas. Ready to experience her new big city life, she enjoyed it from the moment she arrived! However, once her son and daughter were born, she moved them to the country, raising them in a similar fashion to her own upbringing.
Professionally, her life’s path has taken many twists and turns throughout the years; geneticist, stay at home mom, entrepreneur, fitness class instructor, mortgage underwriter, gym owner and accounting/business manager. In her downtime, she scrapbooks, reads, or travels, always ready to learn something new.
Her current professional life evolved after her daughter’s addiction and recovery. She owns a holistic mental health practice and works as a licensed counselor. She is an IASIS MicroCurrent Neurofeedback Provider, helping clients improve their quality of life. Her passion is working with families affected by addiction. Facilitating PAL support group meetings each week for other parents who are struggling is her new favorite role.
Her many life experiences have brought her to a place where she feels it’s time to share some of what she’s learned along the way. In years past, she recalls thanking God for what she perceived as a pretty easy life. Easy didn’t last long.
Today, she thanks Him for pushing her out of her comfort zone, refining her faith, and showing her where she can be of service to others.
Her most recent accomplishments include a collaboration book titled “Rising Above, Stories of Overcoming” and her own book titled “Losing Her, Finding Us” to be released soon!
